It’s the goal of Ripley Machine to focus on continuously improving and developing new business avenues so that we are able to positively impact the lives of our employees (and their families), our customers and our community!
Ripley Machine and Tool Company, Inc. is an ISO Certified Machine shop located in Ripley, New York (between Erie, PA and Buffalo, NY).
The machine shop was started as Bornand Comapny in the 1950s at our current location. In 1994, Quentin Bensink purchased the company and incorporated it as Ripley Machine and Tool Company, Inc.
In 2015, Quentin’s grandson, Andrew Reinwald, purchased the company and is the current President and Owner. Be sure to check out his message here
The company is a mid-sized manufacturer that specializes in production CNC Turning and Milling. We serve numerous industries including aerospace, defense, medical, trucking and valves.

At Ripley Machine, our management really takes this to heart. We firmly believe that we are blessed with opportunities to make a difference. Through Quentin’s years of ownership he was firm in his belief in charitable donations and that value has been passed on to Andy. Ripley Machine budgets a base donation amount along with a % of profits to be donated to charities. Andy is often quoted saying, “Our complaints are dreams for many people.” We recognize how many people are in need in this world and we strive to do our part to help them out.

“Fighting childhood hunger in our community, one child at a time”. 5 & 2 Ministry has recognized the amount of kids who suffer from hunger in our area and is addressing that by providing backpacks of food to these children for them to take home and eat.
The Better Place Ministry (website)
“Equipping the Church to be a House of Prayer for the Nations, Refreshing Sabbatical Experiences for Pastors, and Networking the Church for Transformational Revival”- Ripley Machine supports The Better Place in numerous facets but with a primary focus on their Uganda mission. The amount of people in Uganda who live on less than $60/ month is heart breaking. The efforts of The Better Place help to address the struggles these people face, and we are proud to support this."
